Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 minutes away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have stand-up paddleboards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live upstairs in the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
