Bright and cosy ground floor apartment with its own entrance, private terrace and a great view of Eidsbotn. There is direct access to the sea from the property. Here you live peacefully, with a short distance to Levanger town centre, Levanger Hospital, Nord University, Moan and the hiking areas at Arboretet and Staupshaugen. The apartment is best suited for one or two guests, but has sleeping accommodation for four. The bedroom has a double bed. When booking for three or four, the sofa bed in the living room is used, and there is less space in the living area.

Wonderful views of Verdal and Trondheimsfjorden. Perfect for two, but there is room for four (double bed and sofa bed). There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Peaceful location, no traffic past the house. If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent an apartment in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for horses if needed. Proximity to E6 (3.6 km), the centre of Verdalsøra (3.9 km) and Stiklestad.

Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.
