Our cozy Riverside Cabin is a place of peace, 15 minutes from downtown Bowling Green. Our retreat is located uniquely, between the beautiful Barren & Gasper Rivers. This is a unique, unplugged experience for a romantic get-away. We don't have WiFi, and cell service is sparse. Prepare for an experience with your favorite person, with nature flourishing all around you. We insist our guests enjoy a 5 star experience, so if there's anything you'd like provided, ask, and we'll do everything we can.

Waters edge is a cabin on beautiful Lake Malone in Western KY. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, hiking, boating, and just relaxing. Cabin has over 200ft lake frontage, and is one of the most desirable spots on the lake, directly across Shady Cliff Marina. FREE WIFI and parking. There is also a RV hookup available to cabin guests only for an additional fee. Just a short hike down to the boat dock and you will see the white bluff to your left which the cabin sets on. Or simply rock away on the spacious wrap-around porch, sipping coffee or iced sweet tea!

You have access to your own private dock and 5 kayaks (4 adult/ 1 child) and 2 paddle boards along with everything you need to get on the water. Bring your own boat if you like! We are 20-30 minutes from groceries, so please plan accordingly. The Shady Cliff Resort has seasonal hours of operation available via their local website

Lake Malone is the perfect getaway. Our home is right on the water (no stairs once you're off the deck). It has an amazing view. It has a fire pit (great for smores) outside. Cozy and quiet, you'll feel right at home here. Great for parents night out or family time at the lake, Lake Malone is beautiful and secluded but within a short driving distance (1.5 hours) to Nashville, TN, so easily doable for one night or a weekend or a longer relaxing stay.
