Our stay here was great! Super close to the stockyards only about a 10min drive. House is located in an older neighborhood but it was really quiet and felt safe. The home has modern decor and looks just like the pictures! Great for 2 couples or a family with kids but only 2 actual beds in the house. The sofa bed is a little small for an adult. Would recommend this stay!

We had an amazing stay, very clean home ! Close to many places, had so many recommendations in their welcome binder, very responsive! Helpful in every way. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

The house is super clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The neighborhood is being revitalized, so there’s a mix of older and newer homes, but this one is brand new and fully gated, which makes it feel really safe. House is close to downtown area which was perfect for our needs.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

This is the perfect spot of you want to be near Deep Ellum and downtown! The house is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and is great for families or groups. Everything was clean and in working order. The host is responsive and friendly. We were within minutes of shops, galleries, restruants and nightlife. Loved it!

Timothy’s place was everything I expected with an Airbnb. My family and I felt right at home, and we appreciated all the amenities. All the appliances, beds and sheets were clean and well maintained. The house was spacious for my family of 8.

What a wonderful host and place to stay! Ana exudes the saying, “The adversity you encounter does not define you. It is how you respond to that adversity that does!” We arrived during the coldest day in Texas at 1230am after driving through ice and snow storms in the south! When we arrived, everything was seamless; until I tried to rinse my hands at the faucet ~ No water! I messaged Ana. She was up and problem solving at the wee hours of the morning. Until we could resolve the issue, she did everything she could to accommodate using a bathroom, clearing out the toilet we used during the night, getting us water to drink, and even offering her own home for use. The accommodations were great and exactly as described! I wish we could have stayed, but two more days of below freezing wouldn’t work. If we come back, I won’t hesitate to stay with her. Had a great family vacation with adult children! Tiffenay was great. She was flexible on some things we needed and extremely responsive. The home is absolutely lovely. Massive island for six people to sit at. Very peaceful neighborhood. We were in the heated pool + Jacuzzi every day. The 2.2 baths were amazing for our group of six to have privacy. We played the Wikipedia trivia game provided every night for hours. On Sunday, we had an issue and Tiffenay was immediately responsive and everything was solved within a couple hours. In addition, she went above and beyond to bring us a martini shaker when we realized there wasn’t one in the house. The home is well stocked. We cooked every night. There was a lot of coffee left for us. Whole beans with a grinder. You’re surrounded by great neighborhoods. We were 15 minutes from everything. Would recommend going to the Knox Henderson area for restaurants and home shopping. Bishop art district for unique shops and eateries. Would recommend!

Everything about the home was perfect. I was right across from a park. Which I could walk daily. On top of me being able to the restaurants and night life b at towards the home. The private enclosed pool was a nice touch. My ultimate favorite was the bath tub!! A must see and rent.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was very comfortable and peaceful. Pool was stunning and the views and times spent in the backyard were peaceful. This home is in the perfect location with so many amazing restaurants available. There’s even a little walking trail you can enjoy in the mornings or evenings. The host was very responsive and quick with any questions we had. This is a rental I would book again.

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this location! Terri was great to work with and we truly enjoyed the openness outside with lake views. It rained our last day but there was plenty of space for us to play pool and games in the garage. I will book again!

We had a great stay at Wes home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room in the house, clutter free. The time we spent in the home was relaxing. We also liked being able to park in garage. Wes place is also very close to main shopping, restaurant, and great parks as well.

Really cozy small house. It was just my kiddo, husband and I. Came to visit family so we needed a place to sleep, home was clean and just as advertised. Bookmarking this home for future visits!

Sylvia has a beautiful peaceful house we loved it while our house was being remodeled. It’s perfect for families who are needing a peace of mind and having a backyard where the kids can run around. Their wood burning fireplace was our favorite part of the home which makes the home feel even cozier not to mention the beautifully remodeled bathroom for nights of relaxation. We will stay another time when we are missing North Dallas especially during those Texas Ice Storms!
