Coppy's Refuge - The Côteaux du Léman

Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

A newly renovated 165y old chalet with all modern conveniences. Its very spacious and centrally located. Within 200m of the chalet you will find lots of restaurants, bars and the COOP supermarket. Only 1 parking place available but free spaces available within 150m of the chalet next to COOP Good to know: Coffee maker Tassimo. No capsules provided Important note: it is situated next to a road.There may be some traffic noise if windows are left open. When shut, you hardly hear anything inside.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Chic Apartment in the Heart of the Vineyards Cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The open mezzanine offers an additional double bed recommended for children. Small house or Mazot. Last house on the heights of the village, surrounded by vineyards. Approximately 30 m2 of living space with kitchen available to guests, bathroom. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is best to call us in order to transmit a file to be able to access it without difficulty. Indeed, the streets of the old village are very narrow and steep.
