The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

It is a 10-minute walk from the Place de la Comédie and 7 minutes' walk from Saint Roch train station.
