Le studio est équipé d'une climatisation mobile. Vous disposez d'un grand ascenseur ; pratique pour les bagages. Le studio est très lumineux, il offre une pièce de vie chaleureuse et cosy de 20m2. Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Possibilité parking 5€ par nuit en supplément ( tarif réduit pour les plus long séjours ) à préciser lors de votre réservation svp. Draps, couvertures et serviettes fournies.

Bright T2 not overlooked with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk. Free parking is available in the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

Our 30m² studio offers a hanging bed and a terrace with a private jacuzzi accessible all year round, without overlooking, which you can enjoy in complete privacy This cosy and warm room is ideal for a romantic night or a relaxing break in a very personal and original decor. The jacuzzi can be covered in case of rain. 10% from the 2nd night 25% for 1 week

We welcome you to our all-wood eco-gîte, located in the heart of our equestrian estate (boarding) in a pine forest that makes you zen. It is located in the center of the most beautiful sites of the Herault and throughout the year cultural or sporting events animate the territory, the Aniane feasts in December, the Héraultaise cyclotourism in April...
