1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the agenda.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Our house is in the Normandy countryside, in Le Perche, in nature, close to forests, stud farms, two nautical bases (Soligny-La-Trappe and Mêle-sur-Sarthe), the manors of Perche, a Trappist abbey, and equestrian clubs. You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
