Tourist tax and electricity costs are billed separately according to the electricity meter. A house where NOTHING is missing - just bring beach towels.

Todo lo que podáis necesitar está a menos de 2 minutos a pie (supermercados, farmacia, panadería/pastelería, heladería, restaurantes, bares, terrazas...). Y la gran playa del Arenal con sus chiringuitos está a 5 minutos caminando, al final de la calle del Mar que comienza frente a nuestro edificio. Estáis listos ya para un buen chapuzón refrescante?

Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.
