Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Nice little studio in the very center of Tarbes of 20 m². Located at the end of a quiet and quiet residence. GREAT LOCATION!!!!!! You have free parking at Place Marcadieu 300 m from the apartment. Free spots on the parallel street. City Hall 100 m away, Place Verdun and Jardin Massey 300 m away. Free shuttle next. Apartment is equipped with a 120 x 190 bed (2 people), LED TV, fluid inertia heating, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... SMALL PAYROLL HARBOR IN DUO OR SOLO!!!

The kitchen is equipped, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and mini oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle. The 140 cm bed is on the mezzanine. TV, sofa and plenty of storage. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Located in a quiet little village, near the Adour, 10 minutes from shops, 16 minutes from Jazz in Marciac A few sites to visit the tower of Montaner , the vineyards of Madiran. Lourdes and its curiosities are 45 minutes from my accommodation and direction for magnificent walks in the Pyrenees .
