Holiday rentals with a patio in Licata

We had a fantastic weekend at the MSApartments in Marina di Ragusa, a quiet corner just steps from the sea. The host was really welcoming and helpful. The property is very clean and well cared for in detail. In addition, the location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea, close to restaurants, shops and other amenities, which has allowed us to move around easily, even on foot. A really pleasant stay, highly recommended for those looking for an ideal base to explore the area!

The apartment is very nice. It has a beautiful pool shared with two other apartments. Perfect for family or friends. Angela and Giuseppe welcomed us with great courtesy and were always very kind. We really had an excellent stay. We hope to be back.

We spent unforgettable days and nights at Valentina’s house, simply staring at the gorgeous and calming sea view from the pittoresque terrace. We appreciated all the love and vision that Valentina has put into building and decorating the house - truly authentic and quirky. The house is very well equipped and had everything we could’ve needed. Valentina was very communicative with clear video instructions on how to check in, and sent recommendations to the area which made our arrival easy and stress free. Would definitely come back! Really enjoyed having a private pool with lots of area to relax with friends. Having the view of mountains from the terrace and pool area was a massive plus. We had a a bit of problem with the house but the owner quickly arranged something to fix the issue which is a sign that you don’t have to be stressed out with the owner even when something happens.

The holiday apartment was as described, clean and bright. It's in a kind of an apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the port area. The terrace is what I liked the most - great for eating outside/reading/relaxing/yoga. Dealing with Alessandro through phone messages was quick and easy and he was flexible on check-in and check-out times which we really appreciated. There is a coffee machine and a kettle but you need to bring your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. and shower gel too.

Very clean and cute unit with beautiful and artistic decoration, located in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner is a nice guy, always responsive, showing warm hospitality. Enjoyed staying there a night! The only thing I like to mention is that if you have more luggages, it could be a concern due to no parking by the place. However there is no problem for us with simple carry on luggages.

First of all I can say that the Villa looks exactly like the pictures. We had expectations after seeing the photos and we were really glad to see it in reality. We were 15 adults and a baby and the villa fit us perfectly. All of the facilities in the Villa were in high quality, the pool, the soccer field which was a really unique experience in a Villa, all the private bathrooms which made it convenient and private. We had a really wonderful time in the villa. Ramon is really responsive to everything we needed and it really felt good to talk to him. Also Ramon’s householder - Imma, was really nice and took care of everything. They also got us a chef that cooked for us during our stay in the villa. I really liked that we had hot water 24/7. Everything in the villa looked brand new. The bed felt really comfortable. I really recommend staying at the villa! Thanks Ramon!

I had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s modern, well-equipped house in Cattolica Eraclea. The fast internet and top-notch amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The location is very remote, offering stunning views over the valley to the sea – perfect for sunsets. However, if you depend on restaurants, be prepared to drive at least 10 minutes to the nearest village with one bakery ("Caffetteria Relax" - great cannoli) and two pizzerias (Pizzeria da Nino and Ristorante Pizzeria 'O Bagliu), both with irregular hours. The next larger town, Montallegro (22 mins away), has great dining options like Pizzeria Ninniria, La Preferita Pizza e Cucina, and my favorite: Ristorante e Pizzeria Angiò. Note: The roads have no street lighting and the last stretch to the house is full of potholes—drive slowly, especially at night, to avoid damaging tires/rims and to watch for free-roaming animals. An unforgettable experience for those seeking tranquility and adventure!

We stayed with our family (two children) in the spring at Salvatores villa by the harbor. We had a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful time here. The home has surpassed the pictures. We immediately felt very comfortable when we were received by Federica. The Cannoli were also a very nice gesture to welcome us: the accommodation was clean, very practical and there was everything you need for a vacation. Great location, tasteful amenities and the pool was just wonderful. The kids and we loved it and were completely satisfied. At the time we stayed here, it was still very quiet and little lively in the area, which we enjoyed very much. Thank you for a very relaxed time!

The apartment is small, but very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Vittorio lives in the building, so he is very available to help us. The building is also very safe and well located in the small town. You'll also be happy to have a great coffee right in front of your home. Family business, hosts will make you feel right at home.

We had a great time at Valeria's place. Check-in/check-out was super easy and flexible. The apartment was very neat, super nice and modernly furnished. There was also a very spacious outdoor area. Everything matches the description and the photos. We found the direct proximity to the city center, the harbor and also the beach to be great (it's really all just a stone's throw away ;-) The accommodation is an absolute recommendation for taking trips from there by car or just spending a few days on the beach! There was always very fast, good and friendly communication with Valeria. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Airbnb! Thanks for a great stay at the ⭐ Marina Experience. The host was very helpful and the apartment is in a great location for things to do. The beds are really comfortable, the water pressure, once you figure it out with Carmelos help is very good, and all instructions are on the AirBnb site. There are 3 things to note however. 1. ) If you have mobility issues please note that there are 55, yes 55 stairs from the entry up to the condo / bedrooms. 2.) Bring ear plugs as the Bedroom Balcony is only 30 meters from the church bell which rings at various times and the property is above the main street in the Centro Historico. 3.) Being that the unit is in the Centro Historico you will most likely need to park and walk for about 5-10 minutes depending on where you park. Due to items 1-3 bring a smaller luggage.

Claudia's apartment is very well cared for and finely renovated. It is equipped with everything and upon our arrival we found a kind gift of fruits and drinks to wait for us. We felt right at home. The apartment is in a very quiet village convenient to reach the main tourist sites such as Scala dei Turchi and Valle Dei Templi. The start was perfect and both Claudia and her aunt (who welcomed us at check-in) gave us many useful tips and ‘must do’. Thank you very much and we will definitely see you again when we come back there!

Ideal location away from the crowds to see Agrigento and other towns in the region. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a charming view over the sea and marina. The parking space is invaluable. The village has cafes but the supermarket is 5km away.

We booked this Airbnb for our honeymoon for two weeks. It was the perfect location. Right on the beach, so we could hear the ocean at night and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. The hosts were kind and responsive and the locals we talked to were all very friendly. It was truly the dreamiest honeymoon in a beautiful town.🩷
