Elegant single villa located about 2.5 km from Versiliese beach, 30 km from Lucca and Pisa and 100 km from Florence and Siena. You will find a large living room with sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, one with 2 single beds, another with a single bed and a bathroom with tub.
