Monthly Rentals in Lido di Capoliveri

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

We drove to Elba for 8 days by car and e-bikes at the beginning of April. Christine welcomed us in a very friendly manner at Villetta Serendipity. She is an excellent host, attentive, interested and always responsive to local tips. Serendipity is located about 1 km from the sandy beach. The apartment "Nido" offers a lot of space for two people. For cool times, a special feature is the heating. This makes it possible to operate all year round. The large garden with pool and jacuzzi is stylishly furnished, so really for relaxing. The detailed description and photos fully correspond to what we have experienced. The location is an ideal starting point to explore the whole island by bike or car. The island of Elba is exceptionally varied geographically, for mountain bikers with all degrees of silence. We highly recommend Christine as a host and her two apartments.

Communication and check-in were very straightforward, Gianfrancesco was very personable and took the time to show us the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay, Gianfra's accommodation has everything you need for it in a vacation rental. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view from the terrace.

Our stay at Robert's house was wonderful Robert and his wife are exquisite hosts, very kind and always available. Robert gave us great tips on places to visit and restaurants nearby. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery and fresh air but within walking distance of the sea. We hope to be back soon! Alessandro and Roberta
