“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor near the Porta Marina. The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.
