Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Apartment in the most green, true and luminous area of Venice, whose refurbishment was completed in August 2017, respecting the Venetian historical tradition and combining luxury and design of the years 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Vasco, Artemide, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa) and without neglecting all the most modern comforts. On the third floor of a historical building in Campo Ruga (Castello), close to Basilica of San Pietro in Castello and 12 minutes by feet from Piazza San Marco.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
