This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Ideal for up to 5 people thanks to the two double bedrooms and the single bed. Convenient to public transportation to reach Venice and the Biennale, as well as the area dedicated to the Venice Film Festival, with the Palazzo del Cinema and the Hotel Excelsior, a 10 minute walk.
