Moin and welcome. Nice that you are here and interested. I hope I can convince you to come for a few days. You get a great apartment right at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. It includes a bathroom, toilet, kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You can drive to Goslar in 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house, which attracts hikers. You can have fun here in both summer and winter.

Old town house furnished with attention to detail on three floors. After complete renovation, this can be booked as a vacation home for the first time since Dec 2023. No pets allowed. Your 5* holiday home according to DTV classification is in a quiet location, within walking distance of the market square of the historic old town, as well as to the Kaiserpfalz. Also within walking distance of the forest, Rammelsberg, etc. A great starting point for hikes and excursions.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Our apartments are located in the center of Goslar, in a charming half-timbered house that is used both as a residential and commercial building. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a pharmacy, while the apartments are on the upper floors. The train station is a short walk away, as are numerous shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies – everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the immediate vicinity.

You can start for lovely hiking tours right away, visit the Harz mountains or have little walks along the tree ponds nearby.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

You can set off on foot or by bike towards the Oker Valley straight from your front door.
