Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Unser ganz aus Holz gebautes Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Sillian, es ist sehr ruhig und sonnig gelegen und nur einige Minuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Das gemütliche Apartment (ca. 110 qm groß) mit viel Atmosphäre ist im Parterre mit privatem Zugang zu Terrasse und Garten. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer und die große Wohnküche haben beide einen Holzofen und große Fenster mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Bio-Garten und die umliegende Bergwelt.

Our cozy mountain hut in Heiligenblut offers the perfect starting point for your vacation in the Alps – be it for hiking in summer or skiing in winter. The hut is located above the picturesque village of Heiligenblut with a direct view of the Grossglockner. In winter, you can get directly to the slopes. If there is not enough snow, you can reach the slopes after a short walk. The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails directly from the cabin.

My place is close to the city center of St. Jakob and can be reached in just 5 minutes. It's a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. Hillside location overlooking St. Jakob. You'll love my place because our house is off the road and therefore ideal for families with children. Whether in winter with a ski tour or in summer while hiking, it is a perfect starting point.
