Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Cozy house with 80 square meters of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.
