Experience real cabin idyll in Finnemarka, only a short drive from Drammen city centre. The cabin is completely secluded and has a fireplace, sauna, and lavvu. Beds for 7 inside + 6-8 in the yurt. Approximately 1.5 km to walk from the nearest parking. No running water. Some electricity from solar cells in summer. Battery can be charged before arrival for an additional fee.

Right by great hiking trails in the woods and only 5 minutes drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Ski Center. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a family bed (2 + 1). On the porch you can enjoy the sun all day. There is a separate shower and toilet, where the shower is from the master bedroom and the toilet from the hallway. Parking on the street.

Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The countryside with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer (Damtjern) and ski slopes in the winter just nearby.

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Nyt lyden av naturen når du bor på dette unike stedet. I vinterhalvåret må vi ta forbehold om fremkommelighet på grunn av snø og is veien opp og finne en løsning om man fortsatt ønsker å leie. Boligen ligger for seg selv ca 600 meter på oversiden gården. Det er ikje mulig og kjøre opp hvis nan ikke har off-road bil eller lignende. Nærmeste matbutikk er 6 km unna.

This cabin is about 3 km walk from where you park your car. The last km is steep uphill. When you enter the cabin, you will find beautiful scenery and great opportunities for hiking in Norwegian nature. It is quiet and peaceful without traffic nearby. From 1 January to 1 April, it can be difficult to get to the cabin due to a lot of snow.
