A comfortable, peaceful but centrally-located apartment, accessed through a shared courtyard gate, but with it's own private entrance door. One comfortable double bed and one sofa bed in the lounge area, the sofa bed is not suitable for adults but comfortable enough for up to two children. It is located in a vibrant town with bars and restaurants to walk to, Access to a large shared courtyard, with your own segregated seating area/space. Access to our shared rear garden, bordered by the river.

La Maison du Bocage gîte for 14 people with piano and pool table

Gite of 152 m², 5 to 15 people, nestled near the Château du Plaix. With table football and a piano, in an old farmhouse, the large garden is enclosed. The house is 2 km from the horse centre. The spacious kitchen is well equipped. The terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and hammock in summer. Linens are not provided. TABLE FOOTBALL and PIANO. The orchard and vegetable garden are at your disposal. No television but a screen with cable. We live nearby. OK for business travellers.

The cottage is composed, on the ground floor, of the entrance to the kitchen, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, a landing with a non-convertible sofa without a mattress, a children's play area, 2 bedrooms, and a toilet. Pets are allowed on the ground floor.
