A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

The stay was great, and Rolf is great! He accompanies us at check-in and check-out, in addition to giving all the necessary information. It was excellent, and it has a large parking lot inside the property that is excellent for those traveling by car. The place is close to the historic center and has a great location, and the entire tour can be done on foot for those who like to walk. I loved the stay.

The warm welcome, available and attentive, we enjoyed our stay very much for its location for the lemon festival at the foot of the accommodation, everything available, quiet neighborhood, everything for a very nice stay. Thanks again to Aymerick and Ninon.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very clean. The furniture is modern and very well maintained. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The location is really convenient: in a 10-minute walk you reach the waterfront, and the path is entirely flat. To load and unload the car we got on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, without however creating an obstacle to traffic, which is not particularly intense in that stretch of road. We had no difficulty finding (free) parking a stone's throw away. In high season I imagine you have to opt for parking at the sports field, however not far away. The lack of elevator is not felt because the 3 flights of stairs have few steps. Silvia was very helpful and available both at check-in and check-out. Very positive experience! The availability of a microwave would have been the classic icing on the cake :) But 5 stars really fully deserved.

We went to the carnival, Silvia was very kind to host us, and told us a lot of relevant information, the house has an extra large terrace, you can see a lot of stars, the house is very clean and tidy, there is a supermarket nearby, it is very convenient, next time to go to Viareggio, my friends and I think this house is a good choice.

Fanny’s place is great! Fully equipped with all necessities, spacious and at the heart of the city. 3 minute walk to the train station and easy to access the nearby towns. I had a great time staying at Fanny’s apartment and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Nice!

Firstly thank you to David who was helpful and friendly from the first! This flat is superb and in fact looked and felt even better than in the photos. It is bright (even in December), warm, spatious and very enjoyable to return to after a day's visiting. A near perfect location (right next to the supermarket, train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco and visits); a lovely view of the harbour and coastline looking towards Italy; excellent kitchen facilities; the lounge/ dining room area is spatious and bright; two bedrooms and even a mini office desk, which is useful; good choice of television channels. As it turned out, we had perfect weather, but had it rained, the flat would be a welcome retreat. David was very helpful whenever we had a request/ question. Would we return? We certainly hope to and this would be our first choice! Thank you!

Good location, a couple of blocks from the seafront, but quiet, and with parking. Short walk to the seafront, where there's a lot of restaurants and bars. Parking was a bit tricky with a low car, but there's guest parking outdoors, which is very easy.

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and functional. Our host was always very responsive, kind and generous with advice. She's the nicest person we met on our trip to Corsica! Thank you so much for your welcome, Philippe!

Everything was perfect. Dinara's house was top for the location of cleanliness and amenities of the apartment, she was very punctual and present . We'll be back

Centrally located this is a great spot from which to explore Nice. The apartment was immaculate dominated by a large communal living area. Nice kitchen and dining space complemented by lounge space with big audiovisual facility. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. The central location comes with quite a lot of street noise as restaurants do roaring trade. A great place. We’d certainly go back.

We very much enjoyed every aspect of our stay and look forward to returning for our next visit.

We had a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat remote. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when nearby towns and tourist attractions are visited.

We were charmed by the place! Beautiful services, a neat decoration and all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Thank you to our hosts, for their welcome and availability. We'll be back with great pleasure.
