Top service, the host, some hotels could take an example. The apartment was very well furnished and above all everything was very clean. The driveway was narrow but a VW T-Roc gets through if you fold in the mirrors. We were very satisfied with everything and would take the apartment again immediately.

We stayed for a week and loved our time in Nice. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and various attractions. All within walking distance. Maria was a great host and very responsive to our messages. Would recommend :)

The only thing I’d note is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the building doesn’t have a lift due to its age, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks again for being such a wonderful host!

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

We spent wonderful three days here and in this beautiful apartment. Everything is perfect, very nice host who told us everything we need to know. Will come back next time!

Lovely little flat for 1 or 2 people for a few days in Nice. Super close to Nice Ville train station and only 10-15 minutes to Nice old town/beaches. Made day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, and smaller villages very easy.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the seafront, making it ideal for enjoying the beautiful coastline. Federico was an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The privacy of the accommodation made for a truly relaxing experience. This was one of our favorite air bnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The view is fantastic and the house is cozy and well decorated. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean and sitting by the fire at night. Elisabetta was very responsive and a good communicator. Highly recommend this place

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this little haven of peace in Cuneo. The apartment is in a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the city center, while offering a rare calm! it feels like in the countryside, in the middle of town! The apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and there is absolutely nothing missing. Everything has been thought out for the comfort of the guests, down to the last detail. Our hosts had a thousand adorable touches upon arrival, who really touched us. We immediately felt good at home. The comfort, the calm, the warm welcome and the perfect location make this place a place that we recommend without hesitation. A real pleasure, from start to finish!
