Beautiful house with Jacuzzi in the garden and equipped with all comforts, ideal for spending your holidays in complete relaxation a stone's throw from the sea. It is a three-room apartment with a private entrance, fully air-conditioned and consisting of a living room with sea view, TV (Netflix) and equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. TV and Wi-Fi in the rooms. Outside the house is the garden and a terrace overlooking the sea. A free garage is available.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa D'Ambra

House with terrace with beautiful sea view. It is located in the historic center, practically 'above' the rooftops, so there are several stairs and steps to take to reach it. The house is arranged on two floors. An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. This house has been featured in a specialized newspaper for its architecture, decor, and of course the view. The apartment is completed by a room dedicated to the Jacuzzi hot tub available only by reservation.
