Very nice place by the sea and palm trees. Very good vibes from the place, a balcony with a good view. Irene the host is very quick at responding and helpful, she recommended places I didn’t even know to visit which made the trip even better. Peaceful location and beautiful view!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Perfect location in a quiet and quaint town , for visiting Liguria coast and CT. Highly recommend this clean spacious and comfortable appartement. Levanto has a nice beach and everything you need.

Alexandre's studio is really great. It is a 30-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes by taxi which is really convenient when traveling without a vehicle. It is possible to enjoy the beach which is 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket also a few minutes walk away as well as restaurants /fast food and other shops. The accommodation itself is very cozy, modern and clean. We had a great stay!

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Marcella was immediately very available to answer all our questions, the house is beautiful and the view from the master bedroom is priceless. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect, I recommend it, you can go there with your eyes closed. The host is very responsive and even showed us around the village. It's perfect, moreover you can park your car in the gated garage of the house.

The place is very nicely located – morning sun and view of the sea. The beach right by the house is an old harbor, good for a quick swim. Nearby there is a nice sandy beach with a small nice bar (within walking distance). Also important: Laure is a phenomenal host – she gets 6 out of 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Because of a strike at the port, we were in an emergency, and she helped us spontaneously and selflessly. That was absolutely phenomenal and a great ray of hope in a difficult situation. Thank you Laure!

Very welcoming and responsive host who takes the time to explain the area. The studio is functional and the terrace is pleasant. The location is perfect for visiting the area.

Simone's house is in a quiet area, easily accessible on foot from the city center. The house is very nice with well divided and functional spaces. Simone is extremely helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to go back to this house. I recommend this house.

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Nina's apartment has been a great location for our 3 days vacations in the area. The apartment is easy to locate and is fully equipped with super fast internet. when we stepped in we received a nice surprise of wine and fruits from Nina who was very responsive and very friendly! we felt at home! I highly recommend this apartment for cozy vacations in the area!

The apartment is in a very convenient location a few meters from the sea and the street with shops. The description and photos match the home, which is really stocked with everything. There are also some nice restaurants like the coffee maker, the bitter guests, and everything you need to cook. The owners are very nice and kind 😊

The view from the living room is worth the cost. It was breathtaking!!! Great restaurant downstairs, market around the corner and only a 30 min walk to the old town. The pictures are actually how the apartment is described. I would stay here again 100%
