On the property, there is a small guesthouse with 2 beds. Fireplace on the premises where you can bake bread or grill sausages Swimming and fishing in the lake. Rowing boat can be borrowed. Perch and pike are in the lake, no fishing license is needed. Bohusleden, a stone's throw from the cottage. The nature area Svartedalen offers hiking 20 minutes to swimming by the sea.

This house is built for a maximum of 8 people (maximum 4 adults & 4 children) and it is located completely alone. The lake Gravlången is very rich in fish, the lake is 11 km long and in its places quite narrow with islands and ground. Mainly, the fishing consists of pike, perch and poured. Robust aluminum boat with 8 hp can be rented on site. There is an option to use a boathouse at the pier for fishing equipment

About 30 min to the sea in Ljungskile, 15 min to the grocery store, From parking time to and from the cabin depends on the walk or boat not parking next to the cabin.
