In a beautiful forest area, just 200 meters from the lake, you can enjoy the nature and tranquility of this tastefully renovated house. This house is built for a maximum of 8 people (maximum 4 adults & 4 children) and it is completely secluded. Lake Gravlången is very rich in fish, the lake is 11 km long and in some places quite narrow with islands and shallows. The main fishing consists of zander, perch and pike. Robust aluminum boat with 8 hp can be rented on site. It is possible to use the boathouse at the jetty for fishing equipment

At the end of a gravel road you will find this unique and peaceful accommodation located on a cape 50 meters to its own private beach, jetty and floating jetty with step ladder. By the beach there is a simple boathouse with table and bench and there are life jackets and paddles to canoe and kayak included. The house has a small hall that turns into a corridor across the whole house with three rooms, two of which are bedrooms and a closet. On the left hand is the kitchen and dining room living room are upstairs and additional bedrooms.

The calm, silence and proximity to nature will allow you to relax and find your inner peace. Start the day with a swim in the lake or drink your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises.

The house is 171 sqm on 1.5 floors with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and an extra living room/TV room. Private garden with wood-fired hot tub (use by agreement), sunny granite and wooden terraces, magnolia and fruit trees. Underfloor heating throughout the house, solar panels, photovoltaic cells and EV charging (by arrangement). Close to nature, the Göta River rapids, cafés, restaurants and the city center.
