Many movie clips in "Kamilla og tyven" have been recorded here. It is 1 km to bathing water, 1.3 km to open area with rocks and a small beach, 2 km to café at the water's edge, 9 min by car to the Zoo and 10 min to Sørlandssenteret. The place is located between Lillesand and Kristiansand. 2 sea kayaks are ready in the boathouse. We live in the village and are more or less available if needed.

The cabin is located in a quiet and rural setting, right by the water in Grimstad. The cabin has a large terrace with fantastic sun exposure. The outdoor area also has a great outdoor fireplace with the option of barbecuing. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Bed linen and towels must be brought. All the duvets in the cabin are single duvets. The toilet facilities consist of a well-functioning portable toilet inside the cabin. There is parking available at the cabin, with space for several cars.

Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of space for both adults and children. Large and spacious house in a well-established, quiet and family-friendly area in Kristiansand's beautiful archipelago. Sodefjed is an older cabin area. Here you will find a playground, tennis court, football pitch, and a sandy beach for the little ones. Several communal barbecue areas and a nice jetty. The cabin is well suited for 2 families with 5 bedrooms. Only 15 minutes from the zoo. Only rented out to quiet families.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is relatively central. Short drive to Lillesand and to the Zoo in Kristiansand. In the main cabin there are two bedrooms: - one bedroom with double bed - a bedroom with bunk bed (there is no crib) In the annex there is one bedroom with two separate beds. There is a kayak that can also be used if desired. It is a short walk to Langedalstjønna, where you can swim in fresh water and it is about 150 m to the swimming area by the lake.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Under 10 minutter med bil til Lillesand sentrum med butikker, restauranter og sommerliv. Ideell feriebolig for barnefamilier eller to familier som reiser sammen. Mlighet for leie av båt.
