The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe to keep some order. The sofa in the living room sleeps 2 children, but the self-inflating double bed is probably more fun! Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Cozy terraced house on two floors. Here is plenty of space for several families who want to vacation together or those who want plenty of space! Two living rooms, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining area both in the living room and in the kitchen. We have two high chairs and a baby chair available. Beds for 8 as well as two mattresses that can be placed on the floor and a travel bed for children up to two years (we do not have a duvet for this).

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The zoo is 12 minutes by car from Lillesand and Kristiansand 25 minutes.
