Again, I do not usually indicate places that I host, but really the apartment deserves to be commented: Extremely clean, smelling, organized, everything I needed was available, comfortable bed, white and clean sheet, clean bathroom without dirt or small garments of dirt, new and functional water filter, quiet room including air conditioning. NADA COMPLAIN. I definitely indicate.

The place is pleasant, matches the photos. A quiet and easily accessible location, we all received very kindly. Isabela always ready to help and responding with agility, Aurélio always ask for the same thing. Anyway the space is pleasant to get better only missing a wi-fi network.

My stay was great! The property was super clean, well-organized and exactly as in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the hot shower and the well-equipped kitchen — all working perfectly. The location also helped a lot, with market and bakery nearby, as well as easy access to transportation. The host was very attentive, responded quickly and gave all the correct instructions. I felt comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Great value!

The stay at Pedro's place was amazing! He met all the expectations. Pedro was very quiet in the communication prior to the stay, was super flexible in relation to check-in. The house is very good, complete and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are quite independent and all with suites! The location of the house is great. I loved staying at Gilcelio's house, wonderful house, spacious all very clean and organized, we had a wonderful and warm welcome, Gilcélio super helpful and receptive, nothing to complain about, home super cozy, sure when I visit the city again I will be staying there again!

The house is exactly as described in the ad, extremely spacious and clean, the view is wonderful. The only bad point was the arrival to the house, the path was very difficult due to holes and the slope of the street, but it was not an impediment at any time.
