Laurent was a great host - the property is in a nice, remote location. We loved utilising the pool and ventured out for canoeing, restaurants and shops all within 10-20min drive.

We had a lovely stay in this place. It is clean, comfortable, well located, close enough and with everything you need. Xavier was friendly and accommodating for arrivals and departures in particular. We would recommend this listing!

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

We were 7 people occupying the accommodation (4 adults and 3 children) , the accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped , we did not lack anything. As in the photos. The place is peaceful, the garden beautiful with plenty of space, it is also enclosed, our dog was also able to enjoy it. Trampoline, swing, games available. Full of visits possible with an average of 30 minutes by car (castles, rocamadour, padirac abyss...). There is not really a city center on Lanzac but the city of Souillac (less than 10 minutes by car) has all the necessary shops. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

Great house and great host! Family stay, house with all comforts, peaceful garden and pool, all without any overlook! Very quiet, It feels like the middle of nowhere and yet bcp of visits to do in the region, recommended by the host and never disappointed! We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc... very well equipped accommodation, large swimming pool, surrounded by nature in a charming village. very well located (15 minutes from Sarlat), 10 minutes from the beaches for swimming in the Dordogne. Very welcoming host.
