Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Interested in staying on the Siletz River during the Winter months? We are in a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

"The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

Greycoast Cottage - Owner managed

Owner-hosted Greycoast is a clean, cozy and peaceful cottage in the small community of Gleneden Beach (minutes from Salishan Resort). It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Gleneden features long, uncrowded beaches, cute restaurants, outdoor activities and a very relaxed vibe. Join our family of renters!

This adorable home is just 5 blocks from the beach, 5 minute drive to the lake, and centrally located in the Oceanlake neighborhood of Lincoln City. It comes fully stocked with everything you will need to make your vacation seamless and easy. Delicious restaurants, an arcade, and an indoor swimming pool are walking distance!
