BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Welcome to The Osprey Nest! Our riverside retreat is a classic Maine camp turned family run B&B / super cozy rental. We are open June thru September. We book ONE party per stay. If you are a couple, the whole place is yours! If you are a family, the whole place is yours. Dreamy! The rate is $285 nightly based on a 2 person occupancy with stocked breakfast staples for “self serve”. This rate does not include the 9% ME state tax, cleaning or service fees.
