The cottage offers quintessential country living as well as modern luxury for 2 people. With its own entrance from the main street, the cottage is the perfect bolthole for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

With striking countryside views, accommodation is spread across the 1st floor of a converted old barn accessed via an external staircase. The private lodging, with vaulted ceilings is a perfect place to relax & enjoy the area. Within the village is The Green Man, friendly real ale pub & eatery. We can be reached by Car or Rail (Short Cab ride from Newark or Collingham).

We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
