Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.

Durch die Haltestelle Lindenauer Markt ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
