Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Villa Bianca, charm and stunning view on the sea

Elegant and charming villa fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans, large smart tv, xl refrigerator, expresso machine, microwave. Outdoor, kiln and shower, barbecue, laundry room and parking in the shade. Immersed in a big quiet garden of mediterranean plants it enjoys an astounding view on the sea from every point. Villa Bianca is located 7 mn walk from the sea and from the centre of Malfa. It is also possible to rend the adjacent house (Villa Beatrice) to obtain 11+3 sleeps

Casa Eoliana di fronte al mare- 3 unità abitative

Di fronte al mare, in una zona dell'isola particolarmente tutelata nel suo aspetto naturalistico, la Casa Rossa è il luogo ideale per chi ricerca il contatto totale con la forza degli elementi ed una vacanza tranquilla . La zona regala forti suggestioni per chi ricerca un luogo esclusivo lontano dalla confusione . La vista del mare a 180 gradi d'altra parte ti fa sentire al centro . Non è un luogo per tutti: la strada di accesso e la scala dal parcheggio richiedono una certa intraprendenza

L'Agave, Salina

L'Agave is a late nineteenth century villa located in one of the most panoramic and comfortable areas of the island of Salina. The owner, scenographer and costume designer of Italian theater and cinema, took care of the furnishings with love and elegance and respecting the style of the island. In 2 minutes you reach one of the most suggestive beaches, the beach of Scario, which due to its proximity, looks like the villa's private beach. You would also be 10 minutes on foot from Malfa center.

PETRICORE A Lipari sul promontorio del Monte Rosa, completamente isolata, si affitta una casa indipendente ed unica a 180 gradi sul mare con vista sulla Calabria, Sicilia, sull'isola di Vulcano e sulla stessa isola di Lipari. Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

La Chiara - spectacular seaview terrace

La Chiara è una delle due case che fanno parte di Villa Belvedere. Si trova a Monte Galina, una collina che sovrasta il Castello di Lipari e Porto Pignataro, tanto che sembrerebbe quasi di toccarli. La casa è vicina alla stradina che porta alla spiaggia di Valle Muria, circa 600 metri ed è una delle spiagge più belle di Lipari. Ideale per chi ama passeggiare, immergersi nella natura e godere di un panorama fantastico

Eolian Villa “Mare” - Floating over the sea

Spacious Aeolian-style villa immersed in nature, far from traffic and noise — a peaceful haven with wide indoor and outdoor sea-view spaces. Just a few meters above sea level, you can hear the sound of the waves from the house. The sea is reachable in just a few minutes via a private footpath.
