L'Ulivo di Pollara

This sunny estate is on the second largest of the Aeolian Islands, the volcanic island of Salina. Behind it stands the Dei Porri mountain, in front of it the two volcanic islands of Alicudi and Filicudi rise above the horizon. The house is surrounded by impressive flora and ocean scenery in a region famed for its culinary delights such as capers and Veltliner wines (including the dessert wine known as the “nectar of the gods”). The estate consists of two recently renovated adjacent complexes.

Grazie alla loro esposizione è possibile assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto accompagnato dalla incantevole vista delle Isole Filicudi ed Alicudi. E' possibile tra l'altro raggiungere l'antico borgo di pescatori con una piacevole passeggiata, dove potrete riconoscere alcuni luoghi del film Il Postino. Posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Potrete usufruire di una grande veranda a livello arredata, con una splendida vista sul mare. Bellissima la Terrazza panoramica dotata di lettini prendi sole. E' possibile raggiungere il mare a piedi in pochi minuti tramite una strada privata, gli scogli hanno creato una "Piscina" naturale ove è possibile fare il bagno a qualsiasi ora. Dalla casa è possibile anche raggiungere in pochi minuti, a piedi o a nuoto, una bellissima spiaggia.

La Chiara è una delle due case che fanno parte di Villa Belvedere. Si trova a Monte Galina, una collina che sovrasta il Castello di Lipari e Porto Pignataro, tanto che sembrerebbe quasi di toccarli. La casa è vicina alla stradina che porta alla spiaggia di Valle Muria, circa 600 metri ed è una delle spiagge più belle di Lipari.
