Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Very beautiful stone house on the outskirts of Morvan. The house adjoins a 15th century listed castle and is very quietly located in a village near Avallon. Large and opulent, overlooking a large garden, the house consists of a living room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

We are delighted to provide you with our guest house. It's not a cottage. The yard and garden are shared and we can meet there! We are not a hotel service but guests fond of meetings and sharing doing everything for your comfort and well-being. A well-being far from civilization, its noise and its stress. Do not be surprised to cross paths with small living beings who have also chosen this option.

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
