The ceiling height is lower than in modern houses, approximately 209 cm between the beams and 185–190 cm below. The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Large living/dining room, open country house kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 2 shower rooms, sauna, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, large south terrace, 2 beach chairs, 2 parking spaces. About 250 meters away you will find the beautiful Lister Oststrand. Restaurants, bicycle rentals and a supermarket are about 2 km away.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Wattläufer apartment

Hello and welcome to the "Wattläufer" in List (Mellhörn district). The apartment under thatched roofs lives up to its name: it is only 200 meters to the east beach. There is sea in the Wattläufer for breakfast: the apartment offers a direct sea view. On 2 levels there is also a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a kitchen with dishwasher (in the basement) as well as a south terrace and a "beach hollow" with beach chair.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

The loft apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Due to the open roof ridge, the room has an extraordinary height and spatial effect. Relax in a luxurious box-spring bed. You have a shower room with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linens are included. Radio, cable TV and WiFi are also available.
