Historically protected merchant's farm

The old grocery farm is built in 1760. Exciting listed building. Located in the historic center of Højer, it bears witness to the time when marsh farmers served well on the trade of oxen abroad. The house is characterized by its age and has many original elements such as baroque doors, Dutch tiles. The part that is rented as a holiday home is about 100m2. You enter from the garden side in Dielen (transverse hallway) from here there is access to living room (Pissel) bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The garden is non-toxic and sheltered.

Haus Heising - Appartement Ernst

Built in 1907, "Haus Heising" impresses with its old building charm in the very best island location. In the heart of Friedrichstrasse. Everything that Westerland offers is within walking distance in less than a few ; ) minutes. The cafe (Diavolo) and the bakery are downstairs in the building or right next door. The main beach is only 300 meters away. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is newly renovated, furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower and is looking forward to the first guests.

The spacious and stylish Kleine Dichhaus is located in the very north of Germany in the immediate vicinity of the island of Sylt and Denmark. Our 2015 fully renovated vacation home on the foundations of 1895 stands on an old indoor dyke. The south-east terrace and the garden offer an unobstructed view over the meadows. From the north-west terrace you look across the fields to Denmark. There are two car parking spaces available.

Our newly renovated, bright, modern holiday apartment in Alt-Westerland is waiting for you to have a wonderful time on Sylt. In the small street you have peace and quiet from the hustle and are still quickly in the center, close to the beach, the train station and airport. All directions are easily accessible on foot, by bike and by car without crowds. You can store bikes in the garden and the apartment has a small terrace. Also a private parking space. You have breakfast in the morning sun with an unobstructed view of the mudflats. Later, you walk over my horse paddock and walk along the beach towards the north or south. Throughout the day, you will increase your radius and explore the island by bike. At the harbor, you get fresh crab salad for dinner.
