The search for a beach getaway is over. We are located in the family friendly beach town of Garden City. Located 1/2 mile north of Garden City pier, and two miles south of the Surfside Pier. There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.

A modern living area features two light-colored sofas adorned with textured cushions. A small turquoise coffee table is placed in the center. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to a private balcony, revealing views of the ocean and sky.

There is a King Size bed in the master bedroom and King bed in 2nd bedroom. 3 TVs, one in each room. and one large TV in the living room. There’s a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Close to the new pier, shopping, dining and golfing. There is 1 security camera on the walkway leading to front door. It’s always on.
