In summer there is a possibility to stay with tents. The kitchen is convenient for cooking (hob, oven, dishwasher), there is a projector in the hall, a terrace outside with a grill area. The homestead additionally owns the bank of the Neris River, 600 m away, with a wonderful view. On the shore there is a rest area with a hot tub, sauna (heating costs extra) and a spacious gazebo with an outdoor kitchen.

In the territory of the apartment there is a large children's playground, where there are fountains, there is a basketball court, fitness equipment, bicycle path, for an additional fee you can use bicycles.
