Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Bright, well lit, exec apt fit for work, family visits or film crews, ~1200 sq ft. A few blocks from Starbucks, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highlands, Freedom Park, Inman Quarter, The Beltline. Each direction you turn will find yourself in a different neighborhood full of bars, restaurants and shops. In Atlanta these are called terrace level apts which means walk out basement. Off street parking for 2 vehicles only, otherwise message host. Street parking available. Main level is my home.

Top-Floor Studio | Treetop View Luxe Bath

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Inman Park Cottage, Walk to Restaurants

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park on the left of the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy, and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
