Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms, the coast and all amenities you could need for an enjoyable stay away!
“A beautiful and very welcoming barn with loads of character. The place was spotlessly clean and very cosy. It is an ideal place for getting out and about in the area whist it has everything you may need in the kitchen when you get back from a day out exploring. Would definitely recommend this barn to friends and family. Owners were very quick with responding to messages with clear and helpful information and obviously take a lot of pride in maintaining and cleaning their property.”
Nestled in the peaceful North Devon countryside, this cosy barn conversion is surrounded by rolling hills and within easy reach of spectacular surfing beaches.
“Superb stay, real wow factor when you walk in with the romantic ambient lighting! Vicki and Pete have really thought of everything and there’s nice little touches everywhere - board games for the evening, umbrella when it rains, binoculars, automatic bathroom light for night time visits and many many more! The Linney is right out in the countryside and surrounded by hedges and trees so you really feel like you have escaped from the world and would never know there is a village just behind you!”
A comfortable, compact and entirely private en-suite annex room for a single person, cosy & warm in winter, light & airy in summer. Ideal for work or business related visits, keen walkers, surfers, cyclists etc.. A light self-serve breakfast provided in the room (cereal, toast, marmalade, fresh fruit, etc.), with tea/coffee/biscuits, crockery/cutlery, kettle, toaster, fridge, reading matter, TV, wi-fi, small iron & tabletop board, & complimentary wine.
“Lovely, quiet space - ideal for one. Lots of little extras which really help you feel at home such a breakfast and fresh fruit. Very welcoming and helpful. Mobile phone reception a bit hit and miss which isn’t unusual for this part of Devon. Would happily stay and again and would recommend to others.”
