This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
