It is located 5 minutes walk from the port and boarding, and 10 minutes from the Venice district, its canals and the central market. Very nice apartment within walking distance of the waterfront and the center of Livorno. The location is ideal both for those traveling by car, and for those who move by car and on foot. The Piazza Mazzini below is full of very characteristic places of Livorno cuisine. A two-minute walk away is the brand new Porta a Mare shopping center. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator , but the cleanliness , kindness , quiet and location will pay off a few extra steps to take
