This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. This is a mobile house located approximately 50m from the beautiful sandy beach. It's ideal for families with children. We're located 15km from the city of Zadar. If you don't like sandy beaches, we have a fine one just 5 minutes away from our location. Right in front of the home is a perfect sandy beach for small children, and the best thing is that its safe! My family has a restaurant in which you can grab a coffee to go or you can sit down and eat delicious food while looking at the sea.
