Enjoy our small detached house surrounded by an Asturian apple orchard with views of the Sueve mountain. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. Outside the house there is a barbecue and a large terrace area. The house is ideal for those who love tranquility but at the same time is very well connected via the N634 with the main cities of eastern Asturias such as Arriondas (10km) Cangas de Onís (17km) Ribadesella (28km)

It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

Our house "El Cobayin 47" is in the council of Parres, in the village of Llames de Parres 4km from Arriondas and 18 km Cangas de Onis and 24 km from the nearest beach in Ribadesella. The house is in a natural setting. Sleeps 4 guests it is fully equipped for a placid stay. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open kitchen to the living room and a porch with fireplace and beautiful views where we recommend sitting and enjoying the sunset.
