Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Village house, old, recently renovated, modern and functional. In addition to the kitchen-estar, it has two double rooms with a bathroom each. Terrace and garage for two cars. Comfortable, bright and well located. The village enjoys catering services and shops with local products. 20 kms. from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Close to the border with France, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, cycling routes and route to discover megalithic monuments.

Mediterranean house with a lot of charm and views

Beautiful Mediterranean house with a lot of charm and stunning views of the entire bay of Roses. Ideal for couples and families, to disconnect and spend a few quiet and relaxing days, or to work remotely. Sleeps 6 but ideal 4, two bedrooms are loft type. Very well lit, it is oriented to the south and has windows in all rooms, each window is like a Mediterranean painting. The street where it is located is very quiet and no way out, only used by neighbors.
