New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Annex with en-suite bathroom. The perfect base for exploring the local countryside, castles, coast, & the Gower Peninsular. If you fancy a fire pit we can supply a wheelbarrow full of wood etc for £5 Llandeilo Pottery & Art studio on site. It is possible to hike to Carreg Cennan & the black mountains from here. There is an Alpaca sanctuary within a 10 min walk across footpath in fields. If you Paraglide I can give knowledge of the local sites. Fridge & Microwave for your own use in room.

Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Close proximity to Carreg Cennen Castle and many other historical places of interest. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with Wild Deer. The ideal retreat for couples, business, single commuters and great for cyclists. BBQ hut for use in all weathers. A short walk to Llandeilo town, via road or country path.

Red Kite barn is a recently converted barn in a beautiful courtyard setting, located between the villages of Llandybie and Derwydd in Carmarthenshire. Self-contained with your own entrance, a truly comfortable home from home to stay in, whilst exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside. It is attached to a bigger barn where we live, and another 2 bed opposite.
