Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Located off A40 - access in all directions. Beach 20 mins, Castles 5 mins, Welsh Botanic Gardens 5 mins, Carmarthen town 10 mins Would suit a couple wanting a romantic break, there is also a camping beds for 1 or 2 young kids. Single hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer shelf, kettle, toaster.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Please let us know if you require a double bed and 2 singles or 4 singles to be made up, thank you.
