Perfectly situated for a visit to sporting and entertainment events in Cardiff City Centre or a visit to children studying at the university, our annexe is a beautiful, recently renovated space. It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Located 1.5 miles north of Pontypridd town centre, high up on top of Graigwen Hill, the perfect place to explore South Wales with walks directly from the door. The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.
