Minimalist duplex for 2 adults and 2 children (NOT 3-4 ADULTS OR VISITORS) in a pedestrian area on PortBo beach, close to cozy restaurants and shops (many closed in low season). The entrance (3rd floor) is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor there is the children's room (80x180 bed + crib), the kitchen-dining room, a small bathroom with shower and a terrace. The upper floor (stairs) is a suite (bed 150x200) with full bathroom (shower), terrace and outdoor hot tub all year round

Apartment very well located, renovated with views to the gardens of the residents. Quiet, suitable for enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava beach called Fenals place. All rooms are exterior, sunny and airy. There are areas of public car park around, however in summer it is very busy, we offer you a parking lot included in the price. Baby cot and high are provided- It is possible to charge electric cars in the street next to the apartment.

Maravillosa ubicacion y excelentes vistas, todo cerca. Calas infinitas, cristalinas, un Mediterráneo inmenso y natural, esto es lo que hace famosa la Costa Brava. Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Malgrat de Mar… municipios donde su belleza natural comparte protagonismo tanto en el exterior como en el interior marino. Submarinismo, alquiler de barcos… éste es el destino idóneo para la práctica de todo tipo de actividades náuticas. Lloret es más que sol y playa.

Beautiful Spanish-style studio.

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.

Apartment in a residential, quiet and familiar area. It consists of a duplex with a 50m2 terrace with ocean views. It is 450 m from Fenals Beach and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Lloret. It has several supermarkets nearby, medical center and playground. It also has a great variety of restaurants where you can taste typical Spanish food. Close to it we find different coves, such as Cala Boadella (nudist) and Cala Santa Cristina.
